In this blog I would like to answer the question “How do I overcome the effects of the Adrenaline Dump”. This I shall answer in three sections namely

  1.   why do we get the adrenal (adrenaline) dump
  2.   the effects of this “dump”
  3.   how to overcome these effects

Suggestions for self protection (the art of fighting without fighting)

   In spite of what you may hear on TV and in the papers the vast majority of people never have a fight in their loves, never get mugged or attacked and never need fighting skills.
